Using a mixture of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and 98% nitric acid to prepare a mixed acid with a molar ratio of 2:1, Adjusting the volumetric flow rate of the mixed acid and the imidazole sulfuric acid solution, and controlling the molar ratio of nitric acid to imidazole to be 1.1, The temperature influence experiment was carried out under the condition that the total flow rate was 0.76 mL/min (the flow rate of the imidazole sulfuric acid solution was 0.3 mL/min). The yield of 4-nitroimidazole is shown in Table 1 and Figure 4.
