2.2.2 General procedure for the isomerization of D-glucose syrup into D-fructose
A round bottom glass flask equipped with a magnetic bar was charged with a syrup of D-glucose (10g, 70% dry matter) and solvents. After stirring at 55°C till dissolution of D-glucose, the catalyst was added and resulting mixture was stirred at 55°C for 3h.
