3.2. General Procedure for the Synthesis of 5-Amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides 2a-j
General procedure: 2 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid (95-98%) was addedin a 10 mL round bottom flask in an ice bath (0°C) followedby slow addition, under stirring, of 0.001 mol of 5-amino-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile 5a-j. The mixture was keptunder stirring for 90 min. The reaction was accompanied bymeans of TLC. Then, the reaction mixture was treated with asodium hydroxide solution (2 mol.L-1), until precipitation.The solid was filtered out and washed with cold water untilneutralized. After dry at room temperature, yellowish solidswere obtained.
