Steps:
The Step-1 product was hydrogenated (8 mmol) in parr-shaker with 5% Pd/C (1 g) using 60 psi hydrogen pressure in a mixture of ethyl acetate (30 ml) and methanol (10 ml) for 3 days. The reaction mixture was filtered and filtrate was concentrated. The crude mass was purified by column chromatography (EA/hexane) to give the desired product. Yield: 98%
