General procedure C. Removal of N-Boc protection
General procedure: A solution of N-Boc protected compound (1.0 eq) in dry DCM was treated with 4 M HCl in dioxane (10 eq) and stirred at room temperature for 3 h while monitoring the disappearance of the starting material by TLC. Solvent was removed on the rotary evaporator, residue was treated with ether and concentrated. See individual experiments for details.
