The above 1- (4-fluoro) phenyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid ethyl ester was added to a 250 ml three-0.12 mol sodium hydroxide,50ml water,Heated to reflux for 0.5 hours,TLC detection reaction is complete.cool down,Acidified with concentrated hydrochloric acid to pH = 3 or so,A large number of precipitation,Suction filtration,drying,A white solid was obtained,Namely 1- (4-fluoro) phenyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid (for the basic structural information, see No. 8 in Table 1)The tested purity (HPLC) was 96.1%.
