Synthesis of aminoalkylamino acridine derivatives(6a-f)
General procedure: To 9-chloroacridine 4 (0.12 g, 1 mmol) was added an excessamount of appropriate amines 5a-f (3 mmol); then, the reactionmixture was refluxed for 1-2 h, until the complete consumptionof the starting materials occurred as monitoredby TLC. The mixture was cooled and poured into ice water,filtered off and dried to yield the desired product 6a-f.
