(5) methyl 2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetate obtained in step (5) was added to 400 g of a mixture of water and caustic soda. After warmed to 45° C and becoming dissolved and clear, the mixture is decolorized by adding 2 g of active carbon. The decolorization solution was adjusted to pH 2.5 with hydrochloric acid to obtain crude 2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid. Wherein, the mass ratio of caustic soda to water in the mixture of water and caustic soda is 1:4; (6) The crude 2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid was added to 3 times mass methanol and the temperature was increased to reflux for 1 hour. The crystals were cooled and crystallized and dried to obtain 2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid. The total reaction mass yield was 96.5%.
