General procedure: Acetic anhydride (1mL, 10.7mmol) was added to a solution of 1 (604mg, 2mmol) in anhydrous pyridine (8mL) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred for 6h at 70°C. After the completion of reaction, the resultant mixture was cooled to room temperature (rt). After concentration, the crude product was recrystallized with acetone to afford 8 as a white solid (973mg, 95% yield).
