Steps:
Me-TCAS[4]A-500 (100 μmol/g, 20 mg) was added to a mixture of 1.0 mL of AsA solution with 5.0 mL buffer solution, and the combined mixture was incubated at room temperature for 30 min. After incubation, the Me-TCAS[4]A-500 was filtered off and the absorbance of the solution at 265 nm was measured against a reagent blank. The buffer solution in this study was 0.1 M KH2PO4/0.05 M Na2B4O7, adjusted to produce pH values between 5 and 9.
