(3) Synthesis of Intermediate A3In the atmosphere of nitrogen, the intermediate A2 (6.2 g, 16 mmol), dicyclobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (II) (1.1 g, 1.6 mmol, 10% Pd), 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-7-undecene (3.6 g, 24 mmol, 1.5 eq.) were dissolved in 70 ml of anhydrous DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide), followed by stirring at 140° C. The reaction mixture was diluted with toluene (100 ml), filtered out through celite 545, and washed with toluene (100 ml). The solvent was distilled off from the filtrate, whereby a dark yellowish solid was obtained. The solid was purified by column chromatography (silica gel/dichloromethane), whereby a yellowish solid (4.0 g, 83%) was obtained.1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3, TMS) δ: 7.50-7.57 (3H, m), 7.65-7.74 (2H, m), 7.94-8.05 (4H, m), 8.15 (1H, d, J=9 Hz), 8.37 (1H, s), 8.44 (1H, s), 8.73 (1H, s), 8.89 (1H, d, J=9 Hz)
