This example proposes a preparation method of fluorine-containing dibasic acid fluoride.The fluorine-containing dicarboxylic acid represented by the following formula (I) is used as a raw material,HOOC-CF2-COOH (I);The fluorine-containing alkyl amine compound represented by the following formula (II) is a fluorinating reagent,F-CHF-CF2-N (CH3)2(II);Under the action of Lewis acid catalyst (such as aluminum trichloride), the fluorination reaction takes place, and the fluorine-containing dibasic acid fluoride shown in the following formula (III) is obtained:FOC-CF2-COF (III).In the above preparation process, a solid Lewis acid catalyst with a particle size of 50 mesh is used, and its dosage is 0.2% of the mass of the fluorinating reagent.The molar amount of the fluorinating reagent is 4 times the molar amount of the fluorine-containing dicarboxylic acid of the raw material, and the prepared content of the fluorine-containing dicarboxylic acid fluoride is 88.7%, and the yield is 80.3%.
