Add 0.01 g of Ru / C catalyst and 235 mg (1.1 mmol) of sodium periodate to the reaction flask, and then add 3 mL of water, and then add 62 mg (1 mmol) of dimethyl sulfide I-1 to the reaction flask under stirring. Reaction was performed at room temperature for 2h. The reaction of dimethyl sulfide was detected by TLC method and the reaction was stopped. The reaction solution was filtered and washed with dichloromethane (10 mL × 2), and the filtrate and the washing solution were combined. It was washed twice with saturated sodium chloride solution, and water was removed with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off and dried to obtain high-quality compound II-1, with a yield of 100%.
