General procedure: Typical procedure for the synthesis of 6(m,1): Under nitrogen, PdCl2 (23.3 mg, 0.131 mmol) was added to 5(10,1) (2.41 g, 12.0 mmol) in dry CCl4 (20.0 mL, 206 mmol) and stirred for 2 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give a colorless liquid with Pd precipitate. Purification of the crude product by Kugelrohr distillation apparatus (< 10 mmHg, 180 °C)
