Steps:
Catalytic transesterification of triolein with methanol under high pressure was performed in a 50-mL Teflon-lined autoclave. The reaction mixture of 300 mmol methanol and 10 mmol triolein with 5 wt.% catalyst based on the weight of triolein was reacted at 80 °C for 12 h. Samples for GCanalysis were prepared as described above.
