Steps:
1-10 1. Preparation of Compound I
Add testosterone into a 10L autoclave separately,Namely testosterone (1000g, 3.472mol),Methanol (5000mL, 5v/w) and 50g palladium on carbon (50% water content, 5% palladium content),Nitrogen replacement protection, then turn on the stirring and reduce the temperature to ≤-20,Then replace the nitrogen with hydrogen,And keep the pressure in the kettle 0.2MPa, react at constant temperature and pressure for 8 hours,After TLC monitors the reaction, replace it with nitrogen three times,Then withdraw the material, filter and recover the catalyst,The filter cake was washed with methanol, and the combined filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to recover methanol.Then vacuum drying was performed to ensure that the methanol content was less than 1%, and the crude compound I was obtained as a white solid (1000 g, crude yield 99%).
