Take 1kg sodium acetylene suspended in 5L of tetrahydrofuran, under nitrogen, was slowly added dropwise at 0 triethylChlorosilanes, about 4h addition was complete, the reaction was slowly warmed to reflux for 8h, cooled to room temperature, the reaction solution was added dropwise500ml of ice water to quench the reaction. The organic phase was washed with saturated brine 500ml × 3 after washing, drying, suction filtration. 10 × 150cmVacuum distillation column packing fractions were collected about 45 , the yield of about 82%.
