向化合物178(2.0g,9.42mmol,1.0當(dāng)量)的甲醇(40mL)溶液中加入鈀炭(1.0g,0.94mmol,0.1當(dāng)量)。將反應(yīng)混合物置于大氣壓和室溫條件下進(jìn)行氫化反應(yīng)6小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)硅藻土過(guò)濾反應(yīng)混合物,并在減壓條件下濃縮濾液。得到目標(biāo)化合物(S)-1-叔丁氧羰基-3-氨基吡咯烷,為黃色油狀物(1.7g,收率97%)。
