在裝有頂置式機(jī)械攪拌器和氬氣入口的干燥3L三頸圓底燒瓶中,將32.74g(176.7mmol)(4-甲基氨基-2-甲烷磺?;?嘧啶-5-基)-甲醇溶解于1.6L氯仿中。在攪拌條件下,分批加入152g(1.75mol)二氧化錳。將反應(yīng)混合物輕微加熱并持續(xù)攪拌7小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)硅藻土墊進(jìn)行真空過(guò)濾以除去二氧化錳,并用兩份300mL氯仿充分洗滌濾餅。合并濾液并濃縮,得到白色固體產(chǎn)物。經(jīng)真空干燥后,獲得30.6g(產(chǎn)率94%)4-甲胺基-2-甲硫基-5-醛基嘧啶。所得產(chǎn)物的光譜數(shù)據(jù)與文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道值一致。
