實(shí)施例1：2,2-二甲基苯乙酸乙酯的合成 在10L三口燒瓶中，加入2-甲基-2-苯基丙基羧酸（500g，3.1mol）和2.5L二氯甲烷，室溫?cái)嚢枞芙狻ｋS后緩慢加入亞硫酰氯（750g，6.3mol），加畢，將反應(yīng)體系加熱至回流狀態(tài)，維持反應(yīng)15小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后，冷卻至室溫，緩慢滴加400mL無(wú)水乙醇，滴加完畢后繼續(xù)攪拌2小時(shí)。反應(yīng)液用10% NaOH溶液調(diào)節(jié)pH至9-10，通過(guò)薄層色譜（TLC）監(jiān)測(cè)反應(yīng)完成。分出有機(jī)層，依次用飽和碳酸氫鈉溶液和飽和氯化鈉溶液各洗滌兩次，無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥。減壓濃縮除去溶劑，得到無(wú)色油狀產(chǎn)物2,2-二甲基苯乙酸乙酯560g，收率96%。
