以1-芘甲醇為原料合成1-芘甲醛的一般步驟:向圓底燒瓶中加入1-芘甲醇(2 mmol)、三氟甲磺酸銅(CuOTf,0.1 mmol,0.05當(dāng)量)、(S)-5-(吡咯烷-2-基)-1H-四唑(0.1 mmol,0.05當(dāng)量)、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧基(TEMPO,0.1 mmol,0.05當(dāng)量)、4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP,0.15 mmol,0.075當(dāng)量)和乙腈(CH3CN,5 mL)。將反應(yīng)混合物在25℃下攪拌并暴露于空氣中,直至反應(yīng)完成,反應(yīng)進(jìn)程通過(guò)薄層色譜(TLC)監(jiān)測(cè)。反應(yīng)完成后,在真空下蒸發(fā)除去乙腈。將殘余物用二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2,5 mL)稀釋?zhuān)ㄟ^(guò)硅膠塞過(guò)濾,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物1-芘甲醛。
