以3-溴-5-硝基苯甲酸為原料合成3-氨基-5-溴苯甲酸的一般步驟如下：將濃鹽酸（30 mL）緩慢加入到含有3-溴-5-硝基苯甲酸（7.02 g，28.54 mmol）和乙醇（150 mL）的溶液中，室溫下攪拌5分鐘。隨后，加入氯化錫（II），并將反應(yīng)混合物在50℃下攪拌2小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后，將混合物冷卻至室溫。用8 M氫氧化鈉溶液調(diào)節(jié)pH至9，此時(shí)有固體析出。過(guò)濾去除固體。將濾液用鹽酸酸化至pH 5，析出目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物3-氨基-5-溴苯甲酸，經(jīng)過(guò)濾得到5.8 g（產(chǎn)率94%）。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)HPLC/MS分析，保留時(shí)間為4.67分鐘，LRMS：m/z 216（M-1）。
