通用方法:在室溫下,向4-苯基噻唑-2-甲酸乙酯(1當(dāng)量)的甲醇溶液中緩慢加入2N氫氧化鈉溶液。將反應(yīng)混合物持續(xù)攪拌4小時(shí),反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀除去甲醇溶劑。用1N鹽酸溶液將殘余物調(diào)節(jié)至pH 5-6,此時(shí)目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物4-苯基噻唑-2-羧酸以白色固體形式析出。通過(guò)過(guò)濾收集沉淀,并用適量去離子水洗滌,最后在真空干燥箱中干燥,得到純凈的4-苯基噻唑-2-羧酸(1a-i)。
