以咪唑為原料合成N,N'-硫酰二咪唑的一般步驟:向咪唑(79.00 g,1.16 mol,4.75當(dāng)量)在633 mL無水二氯甲烷中的溶液中,通過套管在0°C下氮?dú)夥諊芯徛尤牖酋B龋?0.0 mL,0.25 mol,1.0當(dāng)量)在119 mL無水二氯甲烷中的溶液。反應(yīng)過程中溫度升高,繼續(xù)在氮?dú)夥諊聰嚢?6小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物過濾,濾液在減壓下濃縮,得到白色固體。將該固體在80 mL回流的異丙醇中重結(jié)晶,得到N,N'-硫酰二咪唑,為無色結(jié)晶固體(44.97 g,收率92%)。1H NMR (600 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.51 (s, 1H), 7.92 (t, J = 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.26-7.24 (m, 1H), 3.33 (s, 1H). 13C NMR (151 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 138.14, 132.38, 118.93。
