以3-(1-芐基哌啶-4-基)-3,4-二氫-1H-喹唑啉-2-酮(1.2g,3.7mmol)為起始原料,將其溶解于30mL甲醇中,并預(yù)先用氮氣脫氣。隨后,向該溶液中加入120mg鈀炭(10wt%)催化劑。將反應(yīng)混合物置于氫氣氣氛下,室溫攪拌反應(yīng)48小時。反應(yīng)完成后,通過硅藻土過濾去除催化劑,濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮,得到0.9g(產(chǎn)率100%)白色固體產(chǎn)物3-哌啶-4-基-3,4-二氫-1H-喹唑啉-2-酮。
