endo-Tandospirone is an isomer of Tandospirone, which is a selective anxiolytic agent, an anxiety inhibitor. Tandospirone is compared to Buspirone and Diazepam, other anxiolytic agents, and it is suggested that Tandospirone has more anxiolytic activity and anxio-selectivity than the former agents.
