2,6-二氯-異煙酸乙酯性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
生產(chǎn)方法
向2,6-二氯異煙酸(10g,52mmol)在乙醇(100mL)中的冰冷溶液中緩慢加入濃硫酸(5mL)。將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至回流并保持12小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,在減壓下蒸除溶劑。將殘余物置于冰浴中冷卻,用碳酸氫鈉溶液中和至pH中性,隨后用乙酸乙酯萃取。合并有機(jī)層,經(jīng)無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥后,減壓濃縮,得到2,6-二氯-異煙酸乙酯(11g,收率96%)。
