Chemical Properties
Reddish light yellow powder. Melting point 207-211℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in pyridine. Dye is yellow solution in concentrated sulfuric acid; also yellow in sodium hydroxide; insoluble in sodium carbonate solution. Stable to air.

2-Amino-3-methoxydibenzofuranwith 3-Hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid condensation.
Properties and Applications
Soluble in pyridine, insoluble in water. The strong sulfuric acid for yellow; In sodium hydroxide solution for yellow; Sodium carbonate in solution not dissolve. Melting point for 207 ~ 211 ℃
