Characteristics This product is a mixture, insoluble in water, well soluble in benzene, methylbenzene, chlorobenzene, acetone and chloroform, slightly soluble in alcohol, and difficultly soluble in petroleum ether and diluted hydrochloric acid.
Applications DTPD has good ozone resistance, flexure resistance and crack resistance, and perfect protection property in long time, especially used by combining with 4020 or 4010NA in 1:1 to get best ozone resistance. DTPD has no effect on vulcanizing and scorch. It is especially applicable for lorry tires, offroad tires and kinds of meridian and skew tires working in hard conditions.
