| In vivo | Methods: The in vivo activity of 48740 RP was evaluated in Wistar rats: acute toxicity was assessed using the OECD up-and-down method with single oral and intraperitoneal administration, with observation for 14 days.
Results: Oral LD?? >2000 mg/kg, intraperitoneal LD?? >1098 mg/kg; pharmacokinetics were evaluated following single intravenous (50 mg/kg), oral (50 mg/kg), and intraperitoneal (75 mg/kg) administration, with oral time to peak of 33 min and bioavailability of approximately 77%. [1] |
