| Description | AC-4-130 is a direct STAT5 SH2 domain inhibitor that can disrupt STAT5 activation, dimerization, nuclear translocation, and STAT5-dependent gene transcription, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in leukemia cells, and can be used for the study of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). |
| In vitro | AC-4-130 (0.1–100 μM; 72 hours) induces apoptosis in MV4-11 or MOLM-13 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1].
AC-4-130 (2/5 μM; 72 hours) induced cell cycle arrest, with increased G0/G1-arrested cells and reduced S or G2/M phase cells [1].
AC-4-130 (0.5–2 μM; 24 hours) resulted in decreased pY-STAT5 levels in both cytoplasm and nucleus [1]. |
