| In vitro | Antitumor agent-38 (compound 9h) demonstrates antiproliferative effects with GI50 values of 0.66, 0.85, 0.76, 4.12, and 3.67 μM against A549, MDA-MB-231, KB, KB-VIN, and MCF-7 cells, respectively [1]. Furthermore, this compound (0.58, 1.74 μM; 24 h) significantly induces cell cycle arrest at the late S and G2/M phases in MDA-MB-231 cells, confirmed by Cell Cycle Analysis at 0.85 and 1.74 μM over 24 hours [1]. |
