| In vivo | In the UMUC9 urothelial carcinoma (UC) xenograft mouse model, FX-909 demonstrated significant anti-cancer efficacy. Administration of FX-909 at doses ranging from 0.03 to 1 mg/kg, twice daily (BID) for 21 days, resulted in dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition [1]. |
