| In vitro | GRI977143 (10 μM) reduces caspase 3 and 7 activation by 51% in Doxorubicin-induced apoptotic signaling in vector-transduced or LPA2-transduced MEF. GRI977143 stimulates the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 and promotes the assembly of LPA2, thyroid receptor-interacting protein 6 and Na+-H+ exchange regulatory factor 2[1]. |
