LicochalconeD(LicoD,LCD,LD) is a flavonoid isolated from the Chinese herb Glycyrrhizainflata, which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. LicochalconeD inhibited NF-κBp65 phosphorylation in LPS signaling pathway. LicochalconeD inhibited JAK2, EGFR and Met(c-Met) activity and induced ROs-dependent apoptosis. LicochalconeD can also induce activation of caspases and cleavage of poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase(PARP).
