Weigh 0.15g of the tin-silicon molecular sieve Sn-MFI prepared in Preparation Example 1 and 0.15g of the titanium-silicon molecular sieve Ti-Beta prepared in Preparation Example 6 as a catalyst in a 100mL polytetrafluoroethylene lining, and then sequentially add 8g of amyl alcohol , 0.1g mannose. The polytetrafluoroethylene liner was placed in a stainless steel reactor and sealed, and placed in a homogeneous reactor to start the reaction. The reaction temperature was controlled at about 160°C and the reaction was carried out for 17 hours. The specific reaction results are shown in Table 1.
