產(chǎn)品介紹：InVivoMAb Anti-ZEBOV GP/Envelope glycoprotein Antibody (6D8, VK623040) 是艾必賽生物（abinScience）推出的人源單克隆抗體（人 IgG1?kappa，克隆號(hào) 6D8），靶向扎伊爾埃博拉病毒（Zaire ebolavirus, strain Mayinga?76）的包膜糖蛋白 GP，可覆蓋 ELISA、IP、中和（Neutralization）、WB 等多種應(yīng)用，作為 ZEBOV GP 檢測(cè)的陽(yáng)性參照及體內(nèi)外實(shí)驗(yàn)用抗體。在哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，經(jīng) Protein A/G 純化，純度 >95%（SDS?PAGE），以液體形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），長(zhǎng)期建議 -20°C（≤12 個(gè)月）/ -80°C 避反復(fù)凍融。（RUO，僅限科研/非臨床用途）

扎伊爾埃博拉病毒是致死率最高的埃博拉病毒種（病死率可達(dá) ~50% 以上），基因組為單股負(fù)鏈 RNA，屬絲狀病毒科，人際傳播以接觸患者/死者血液、體液及污染物為主，重癥可進(jìn)展為多器官衰竭與出血。病毒表面 GP（GP1,2）三聚體刺突介導(dǎo)附著—內(nèi)吞—膜融合入侵過(guò)程（涉及 NPC1 等宿主途徑），是中和抗體、藥物與疫苗研發(fā)的核心靶點(diǎn)，也是本抗體的識(shí)別與功能驗(yàn)證對(duì)象。
