Origin
Eprinomectin is a semi-synthesized product of fermented Avermectin B1.
Chemical name: 4”-epi-4”-deoxy-acetylaminoavermectin B1.
Formula and molecular weight
B1a： C50H75NO14 = 913 B1b： C49H73NO14 =899
Ingredients: The B1 is at least 90% on the anhydrous and solvent-free basis.
Description: White or light yellow crystalline powder.
Melting point: 161℃－166℃
Solubility
It is easily soluble in ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate etc. Unsoluble in water.
Usage:
Eprinomectin is a kind of high effective, broad-spectrum, low residual anti-parasite product. Mainly used for the prevention of various parasites such as louses,mites,flies etc of live stocks (especially the product can be safely used for livestocks during the milk formation period). Experiments show that the product with the concentration of 0.1mg/kg or 0.05mg/kg can efficaciously prevent seven kinds of nematodes parasitic from cattle and sheep.
Mechanism of Eprinomectin is similar to the others of the abamectin products that it can effective to the nit and imago of wireworm and arthropodan , as well as the effectiveness of prevention can reach 95% .it is safe to mammals
