IVERMECTIN

Origin:Ivermectin is the hydrogenation product of Avermectin B1a and B1b.

Formula and molecular weight        

H₂B_1a: C₄₈H₇₄O₁₄=875.1

H₂B_1b: C₄₇H₇₂O₁₄=861.1

Ingredients:The content of B1 is at least 95% on the anhydrous and solvent-free basis and B1a is not less than 90% as well.

Description: Ivermectin is white or yellowish- white crystalline powder. This product is sassily soluble in toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone, chloroform, ethanol etc. slightly soluble in hexane and petroleum ether. Solubility in water is very low (10μg/L).

Usage   

Ivermectin is an antibiotic agent, which is active against nematodes, insects and mites. Injection and tablets made from this product are active against gastrointestinal nematodes, hyproderma bovis, hyproderma lineatum, sheep nose bot, psoroptes ovis, sarcoptes scabiei var suis, sarcoptes ovis etc.

, In addition, it is indicated for the treatment of endoparasites (nematodes such as rondworms and lungworms)
