This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 28.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
DNAX輔助分子1（DNAM-1）是一種單程I型膜蛋白，也被稱為CD226抗原和血小板和T細胞活化抗原1（PTA1），其中含有2個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結構域。DNAM-1是一種約65 kDa的糖蛋白，在自然殺傷細胞、血小板、單核細胞和T細胞亞群的表面表達。DNAM-1介導細胞與攜帶其配體CD112和CD155的其他細胞的粘附，并將DNAM-1與抗體交聯導致細胞活化。此外，DNAM-1可以與PVR和PVRL2相互作用。
