名稱	7-Aminoactinomycin D
描述	7-Aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) is a fluorescent nucleic acid dye that cannot permeate intact cell membranes and is widely used in cell viability assays and flow cytometry analysis. 7-Aminoactinomycin D selectively binds to regions of DNA rich in GC base pairs and inhibits RNA polymerase activity. 7-Aminoactinomycin D is a derivative of actinomycin and exhibits some antibacterial activity.
