白細胞介素7（IL-7）是由紅骨髓及胸腺基質(zhì)細胞分泌的造血生長因子，亦可由角質(zhì)形成細胞、樹突狀細胞、肝細胞、神經(jīng)元與上皮細胞產(chǎn)生（但淋巴細胞不產(chǎn)生），其核心功能包括：刺激多能造血干細胞向淋巴祖細胞分化、促進淋巴譜系全細胞（B/T/NK細胞）增殖，并在B細胞成熟特定階段及T/NK細胞存活/發(fā)育/穩(wěn)態(tài)維持中起關(guān)鍵作用；該細胞因子與肝細胞生長因子（HGF）形成異源二聚體作為前-前B細胞生長刺激因子，通過由IL-7Rα鏈和共同γ鏈受體組成的異二聚體受體介導(dǎo)信號，同時會促進血液惡性腫瘤（急性淋巴細胞白血病、T細胞淋巴瘤）發(fā)展——臨床檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV感染者血漿中IL-7水平升高，其作為免疫治療劑已在多種惡性腫瘤及HIV感染的臨床前動物實驗和人體臨床試驗中開展評估，并對異基因干細胞移植后的免疫重建具有改善潛力。
