激酶插入結(jié)構(gòu)域受體（KDR）亦稱(chēng)為CD309、FLK1、VEGFR、VEGFR2，是血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體（VEGFR）的亞型之一。VEGF受體是血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）的特異性受體，主要包含1、2、3三種亞型。該類(lèi)受體具有由7個(gè)免疫球蛋白樣結(jié)構(gòu)域組成的胞外部分、單次跨膜區(qū)以及含有分裂酪氨酸激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域的胞內(nèi)部分。VEGF-A可與VEGFR-1（Flt-1）和VEGFR-2（KDR/Flk-1）結(jié)合。已知VEGFR-2幾乎介導(dǎo)所有VEGF誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞應(yīng)答反應(yīng)；而VEGFR-1的功能雖尚未完全明確，但被認(rèn)為可調(diào)節(jié)VEGFR-2的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。此外，VEGFR-1可能作為假性/誘騙受體，通過(guò)隔離VEGF阻止其與VEGFR-2結(jié)合（這一功能在胚胎血管形成過(guò)程中尤為重要）。值得注意的是，VEGFR2在VEGF激活后能與HIV-1病毒外膜Tat蛋白相互作用，該機(jī)制似乎促進(jìn)了卡波西肉瘤病灶中的血管生成。
