激酶插入結構域受體（KDR）亦稱為CD309、FLK1、VEGFR、VEGFR2，是血管內(nèi)皮生長因子受體（VEGFR）的亞型之一。VEGF受體是血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）的特異性受體，主要包含3種亞型（VEGFR-1、2、3）。該受體結構特征為：胞外區(qū)由7個免疫球蛋白樣結構域構成，跨膜區(qū)為單次跨膜片段，胞內(nèi)區(qū)則包含一個分裂的酪氨酸激酶結構域。VEGF-A可與VEGFR-1（Flt-1）及VEGFR-2（KDR/Flk-1）結合。目前已知VEGF誘導的細胞應答反應絕大多數(shù)由VEGFR-2介導；而VEGFR-1的功能尚未完全明確，一般認為其可調(diào)節(jié)VEGFR-2的信號傳導。此外，VEGFR-1還可能作為誘騙受體，通過競爭性結合VEGF從而阻止其與VEGFR-2結合（這一機制在胚胎血管形成過程中尤為重要）。值得注意的是，VEGFR-2在VEGF激活狀態(tài)下能與HIV-1病毒的胞外Tat蛋白相互作用，該作用似乎能促進卡波西肉瘤病灶中的血管生成過程。
