白細(xì)胞介素17F(IL-17F)亦稱白細(xì)胞介素24(IL-24)、細(xì)胞因子ML-1,是一種分泌型二硫鍵連接的同源二聚體,屬于IL-17家族成員。人類和小鼠的IL-17家族至少包含六個(gè)成員:IL-17A、IL-17B、IL-17C、IL-17D、IL-17E(又稱IL-25)及IL-17F(又稱IL-24)。該家族是由結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子組成的蛋白群體,它們共同具有高度保守的C端區(qū)域,但N端區(qū)域及其獨(dú)特生物學(xué)功能各不相同。IL-17F/IL-24在活化的CD4+T細(xì)胞及活化單核細(xì)胞中表達(dá)(靜息態(tài)細(xì)胞不表達(dá)),能刺激IL-6、IL-8和粒細(xì)胞集落刺激因子等其他細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生,并可調(diào)節(jié)軟骨基質(zhì)代謝。IL-17F/IL-24能促進(jìn)外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞(PBMC)與T細(xì)胞增殖,同時(shí)具有抑制血管生成的作用。IL-17F的缺陷是導(dǎo)致6型家族性念珠菌病(CANDF6)的致病原因。
