Biotinylated Human IL-7 R alpha Protein, Fc,Avitag (IL7-H82F9) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Glu 21 - Asp 239 (Accession # P16871-1).
蛋白結構(Molecular Characterization)

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag?). The protein has a calculated MW of 53.5 kDa. the protein migrates as 67-75 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and >116 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
