PTT切片是由苯二甲酸（PTA）和1,3-丙二醇（PDO）縮聚制得。PTT的玻璃化溫度在45～65攝氏度，同時(shí)PTT的熔點(diǎn)比PET低，與PBT相當(dāng)，因此就纖維加工而言，PTT具有更高的寬容度，在節(jié)能與工藝控制方面也更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。PTT大分子鏈具有如同彈簧一樣的Z字型空間結(jié)構(gòu)，給纖維和織物帶來(lái)舒適彈性、柔軟手感，同時(shí)具有抗靜電、耐光、抗老化以及可以在較低溫度下染色等優(yōu)良性能。

濮陽(yáng)市盛通聚源新材料有限公司成立于 2016 年，注冊(cè)資金 13.7 億元，為中石油合資公司、國(guó)家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。一期建成非光氣法13萬(wàn)噸/年PC項(xiàng)目，于2019年投產(chǎn)打破國(guó)外技術(shù)壟斷，填補(bǔ)河南省化工新材料空白。二期與中石油合作建設(shè)5.4萬(wàn)噸/年特種聚合物項(xiàng)目，涵蓋生物基PC、氫化雙酚A等高端特種工程材料及精細(xì)化學(xué)品。

Shengtong Juyuan established in 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 1.37 billion, it is a joint venture of PetroChina and a national high-tech enterprise. The first phase completed a 130,000 tons/year non-phosgene PC project, which was put into production in 2019 to break the foreign technology monopoly and fill the gap in new chemical materials in Henan Province. The second phase cooperated with PetroChina to build a 54,000 tons/year special polymer project, covering high-end special engineering materials and fine chemicals such as bio-based PC and hydrogenated bisphenol A.

In the future, the company will focus on polycarbonate, expand the high-end PC field, build a polycarbonate new material science and technology park, and promote the high-end development of the industrial chain.
