五、性狀：十水物為無色或白色結(jié)晶或白色結(jié)晶性粉末，無水物為白色粉末。溶于水，水溶液呈堿性，不溶于乙醇及其它有機(jī)溶劑。與Cu2+, Fe3+, Mn2+等金屬離子絡(luò)合能力很強(qiáng)。
六、用途：在食品工業(yè)中作為食品品質(zhì)改良劑，PH調(diào)節(jié)劑，金屬離子螯合劑，乳化分散劑，粘合劑等。用于肉類及水產(chǎn)加工，可提高持水性，使肉質(zhì)鮮嫩，穩(wěn)定天然色素，防止脂肪腐敗，另外，也用于酵粉，乳酪制造等
七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋25Kg。
八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: Decahydrate is colorless or white crystal or white crystalline powder. Anhydrous is white powder. It’s soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol or any other organic solvents. Aqueous solution is alkaline. Its’ chelating capacity of metal ions such as Cu2+, Fe3+, Mn2+ is very active.
6、Usage: It is used as quality improver, pH regulator, chelating agent, emulsifier and binder in food industry. For meat and aquatic products, it could improve water holding capacity to keep them tender; stabilize natural pigment and prevent fat from corrosion. It also can be used in production of baking powder and cheese.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
