When making tofu, how much coagulant (GDL) should be added?

For 1000 mL unsweetened soy milk, it is suggested to add 3g D-(+)-Glucono-1,5-lactone (GDL). First, dissolve GDL in a small amount of water (2-3 tsp), then pour the hot soy milk (80°C) into the GDL mixture.
