The molar ratio of 1: 0.8: 1.5 in toluene tributyl phosphate, 50% (mass concentration) of hydrogen peroxide is injected into the trap mixture after dehydration under reduced pressure to give the working fluid, the working fluid charged into the 1- ene, at a temperature 70 , pressure 0.5Mpa and phosphotungstic acid catalyst in the presence of a reaction 5h, catalytic oxidation of 1-butene to 1,2-butylene oxide.Wherein the molar ratio of 1-butene and 50% hydrogen peroxide is 3: 1, the catalyst concentration was 2.0% (relative to the working fluid).The resulting product was chromatographed, 1,2-butylene oxide selectivity was 99.6%, 1,2-butylene oxide by hydrogen peroxide yield of 96.8%.
